Also on Sunday was the Charnwood Hills fell race, a (roughly) 12 mile course around the edge of Beacon Hill country park in Leicestershire. The race is organised by the Bowline climbing club and features some very challenging terrain. Fell racing and hill loving couple Chris and Jill ran the race together, although as it was last one home buys the drinks Chris made sure to finish ahead.
