For the fourth year in succession members of Sandbach Striders took their place on the
line-up in the world’s biggest party marathon. The 26.2 mile route takes place in the blazing hot sunshine of the Bordeaux vineyards. This year on the event’s 30th anniversary 10,000 runners battled their way around a route which included 23 wine tasting stops. All of whom were in fancy dress. Sizteen Striders donned their carnival outfits for the run.
